Is Regentra itself compliant and secure?
Regentra is currently undergoing SOC 2 Type II certification. The platform uses AES-256-GCM encryption, TLS 1.2+ enforcement, Zero Trust architecture, and bcrypt-12 password hashing. Visit our Trust Center for current security posture details.
Do I need a consultant to configure Regentra?
No. Regentra is designed to be self-serviceable. Unlike tools such as HaloPSA that often require consultant-led configuration, Regentra's workflows are built for immediate use out of the box. Onboarding assistance is available for Advanced and Enterprise tiers.

What frameworks are included?
All compliance tenants include access to all 10 supported frameworks: HIPAA, HIPAA 2026 NPRM, SOC 2, NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001:2022, CMMC 2.0 (L1 & L2), PCI DSS 4.0.1, GDPR, and FTC Safeguards. New frameworks are added monthly at no extra cost.
How does tenant pricing work for MSPs?
Each managed client gets their own isolated compliance tenant at $99/month. Up to 50 users per tenant is included. Beyond that, additional users are $8/user/month, keeping SMB clients affordable and enterprise clients flexible.
Can I use PSA without Compliance?
Yes, PSA is priced independently at $65/tech/month. You can run your full service desk without activating any compliance tenants. Add compliance when you're ready, no migration required.
